The state registrar of voters is responsible for the implementation of a single, uniform, official, centralized, interactive, computerized statewide voter registration file of every legally registered voter in the state. This file is known as I-Voters. These rules regulate access to the file by county registrars and others and set forth protocols for adding, changing or deleting file information.
