Rule 721-25.6 - Answer

(1) Within ten days of the date of service of notice of the proceedings, each respondent shall file an answer to the allegations contained therein and serve a copy of the answer upon all parties to the proceedings, pursuant to rule 721-25.16(17A,39A,47).

(2) The answer shall contain the following information:

a. The full name, address and telephone number of the respondent and the respondent's counsel, if any; and

b. A specific statement admitting or denying each allegation in the complaint.

(3) The answer may include any additional facts or information which the respondent deems relevant to the issues and which may be of assistance in the ultimate determination of the proceeding, including explanations, remarks or statements of mitigating circumstances, and any relevant documentation.
