Rule 721-20.2 - County Commissioner of Elections May Appoint Special Deputies

The county commissioner of elections may appoint the city clerks of the cities within the county as special deputies to assist in the conduct of elections. However, the county commissioner of elections shall bear full responsibility for all acts of the special deputies as they relate to elections.
