Rule 721-20.1 - Deputy Secretary of State and Deputy County Auditor to Act

In the absence or disability of the state commissioner of elections the deputy secretary of state shall perform all of the duties of the state commissioner of elections. In the absence or disability of the county commissioner of elections the deputy county auditor shall perform all of the duties of the county commissioner of elections.
