Rule 661-82.105 - Arresting agency portion of final disposition form

The sheriff of each county and the chief of police of each city shall complete the arresting agency portion of the final disposition forms with the arrest information for all persons whose fingerprints are taken in accordance with these rules or Iowa Code section 690.2, and thereafter forward the form to the appropriate county attorney or, at the discretion of the county attorney, to the clerk of district court, or if the case remains in juvenile court, to the juvenile court officer who received the referral.
