Chapter 90 - IOWA CHILD DEATH REVIEW TEAM
Rule 641-90.1 - Purpose

The purpose of the Iowa child death review team is to aid in the reduction of preventable deaths of children under the age of 18 years through the identification of unsafe consumer products; identification of unsafe environments; identification of factors that play a role in accidents, homicides and suicides which may be eliminated or counteracted; and promotion of communication, discussion, cooperation, and exchange of ideas and information among agencies investigating child deaths.
