Rule 641-88.11 - Effect of suspension or revocation

If the VHCPP suspends or revokes an individual volunteer health care provider's protection agreement, sponsor entity protection agreement, or protected clinic's protection agreement, the action shall suspend or revoke future protection but shall not negate defense and indemnification coverage for covered acts or omissions which occurred during the effective dates of the protection agreement.
