Notwithstanding any conflicting provision of law to the contrary, a participant, vendor, or contract agency may participate in the WIC online ordering project, provided that such participation conforms to the terms and conditions of the Iowa WIC Policy and Procedure Manual as modified to incorporate the WIC online ordering project.
