Rule 641-20.7 - Reimbursement

After the fluoridation equipment is placed in operation, the grantee shall claim reimbursement from the department on forms provided by the department. The grantee shall enter the total expenditures for reimbursable items and services as established by the grant contract. The grantee shall submit copies of invoices for costs incurred in implementing the project.
