Rule 641-154.55 - Closure of Operations

(1) Notice. A dispensary shall notify the department at least six months before the closure of the dispensary.
(2) Procedures. If a dispensary ceases operation, the dispensary shall work with the department to verify the remaining inventory of the dispensary and ensure that any medical cannabidiol is returned to a manufacturer.
