Rule 641-11.70 - Purpose

The purpose of these rules is to describe procedures to follow for testing of a convicted or alleged offender for the human immunodeficiency virus pursuant to 1998 Iowa Acts, House File 2369, and 1998 Iowa Acts, House File 2527, and to establish procedures to follow to provide for counseling, health care, and support services to the victim.
