Rule 605-14.11 - Flood Project Bonds

A governmental entity receiving sales tax revenues in accordance with this chapter is authorized to issue bonds that are payable from revenues deposited in the flood project fund created in rule 605-148. (418). Issuance and administration of such bonds shall be done in accordance with Iowa Code sections 41814. and 38483..
