Rule 495-33.5 - Notices

Within 30 business days after receipt of a petition for waiver of a rule, the agency shall give notice of the pendency of the petition and a concise summary of its contents to all persons to whom notice is required by any provision of law. In addition, the agency may give notice to other persons.

If notice is required to be served, the agency may require the petitioner to serve the notice on all persons to whom notice is required by any provision of law and provide a written statement to the agency attesting that notice has been provided.
