Chapter 506 - Model Rules for Contested Cases Before Licensing Boards and Informal Settlements
Rule 481-506.4 - Probable Cause

If the board finds there is probable cause for taking disciplinary action against a licensee following investigation, the board will order that a contested case hearing be commenced by the filing of a statement of charges and notice of hearing.
