Rule 481-69.16 - Maintenance of Program Accreditation

(1) An accredited program shall continue to be recognized for certification by the department if both of the following requirements are met:
a. The program complies
with the requirements outlined in rule
481-69.15
(231C).
b. The program maintains
its voluntary accreditation status for the duration of the time-limited
certification period.
(2) A program that does not maintain its voluntary accreditation status must become certified by the department prior to any lapse in accreditation.
(3) A program that does not maintain its voluntary accreditation status and is not certified by the department prior to any lapse in voluntary accreditation shall cease operation as a program.
