Chapter 63 - RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY-THREE- TO FIVE-BED SPECIALIZED LICENSE
Rule 481-63.15 - Resident care and personal services

(1) A complete change of bed linens shall be provided at least once a week and more often if necessary. (Ill)

(2) Residents shall receive sufficient supervision to promote personal cleanliness. (II, III)

(3) Residents shall have clean clothing as needed. Clothing shall be appropriate to residents' activities and to the weather. (Ill)

(4) Residents shall be encouraged to bathe at least twice a week. (II, III)

(5) All nonambulatory residents shall be housed on the grade level floor unless the facility has a suitably sized elevator. (II)
