Rule 481-61.1 - Definitions

Definitions in rule 481-58.1 (135C) are incorporated by reference as part of this chapter. In addition, the following definition shall apply:
"Responsible design professional" means a registered architect or licensed professional engineer who signs the documents submitted pursuant to rule 481-61.3 (135C).
