Rule 481-60.1 - Definitions

Definitions in rules 481-57.1 (135C) and 481-63.1 (135C) are incorporated by reference as part of this chapter. In addition, the following definition shall apply:
"Responsible design professional" means a registered architect or licensed professional engineer who signs the documents submitted pursuant to rule 481-60.3 (135C).
