Rule 481-58.36 - Family and Employee Accommodations

(1) Children under 14 years of age shall not be allowed into the service areas. (Ill)

(2) The residents' bedrooms shall not be occupied by employees or family members of the licensee. (Ill)

(3) In facilities where the total occupancy of family, employees, and residents is five or less, one toilet and one tub or shower shall be the minimum requirement. (Ill)

(4) In facilities where the total occupancy of family, employees, and residents is more than five, separate bathing and toilet facilities shall be required for the family or employees distinct from such areas provided for residents. (Ill)

(5) In all health care facilities, if the family or employees live within the facility, separate living quarters and recreation facilities shall be required for the family or employees distinct from such areas provided for residents. (Ill)
