Each raffle begins when the first ticket is sold and ends when winning numbers are drawn. The raffle shall be conducted within the duration of the fair.
(1) Rules for a raffle must be posted in the same manner as those for a game of skill or game of chance. See rule 100.5(99B).
(2) Raffle winners shall not be required to be present to win.
