Rule 481-1.9 - Child advocacy board

The child advocacy board consists of nine members appointed by the governor, subject to confirmation by the senate. This board administers foster care review and the court appointed special advocate programs, as defined in Iowa Code section 237.18, in accordance with administrative rules promulgated by the board.
