Rule 371-4.7 - Rental fee

The licensee will pay a rental fee in the amount determined by the fair board and stipulated in the license agreement with the board when the license agreement is executed. Any payment made as a deposit or full payment for space shall be refundable until June 1 of the given year. After that time, no refunds shall be made.
