Rule 361-10.4 - Confidentiality

(1) A complaint shall be kept confidential by the council unless the complainant or the person against whom a complaint has been filed discloses the existence of a complaint. Upon disclosure by the complainant or alleged violator, the council shall confirm the existence of the complaint and preliminary investigation. The council also may make public the complaint and any documents issued to the complainant and the alleged violator

(2) Unless otherwise provided in these rules or by law, all records and proceedings relating to an ethics complaint filed under these provisions shall be public.
