An assessed civil penalty shall be paid by check or money order and shall be made payable to the State of Iowa General Fund and forwarded to: Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board, 510 East 12th Street, Suite lA, Des Moines, Iowa 50319. The payment shall be deposited in the general fund of the state of Iowa.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 68B.32A(5) and 68B.32A(9).
