Rule 351-2.10 - Routine Use

(1) Defined. "Routine use" means the disclosure of a record without the consent of the subject or subjects for a purpose that is compatible with the purpose for which the record was collected. "Routine use" includes disclosures required to be made by statute other than Iowa Code chapter 22.
(2) Examples of routine uses. To the extent allowed by law, the following are considered routine uses of all board records:

(3) Personal financial disclosure forms filed by designated persons in the executive branch as authorized by Iowa Code section 68B.35.
