(1) Method of reporting. A report of misconduct made by the director, pursuant to Iowa Code section 256.9(52), or made by an employee of the department of education, pursuant to Iowa Code section 272.15(2), shall comply with the requirements of subrule 11.37(1).
(2) Confidentiahty. Information reported to the board in accordance with this rule is privileged and confidential, except as provided in Iowa Code section 272.13.
(3) Review and investigation of report. The report shall be reviewed and investigated pursuant to subrules 11.37(4) and 11.37(5).
