In any state of Iowa fiscal year, the authority shall not deposit more than 50 percent of the moneys in or available to the fund with any one financial institution pursuant to the program; provided, however, that after the first six months of such fiscal year, the authority may make a linked deposit with any participating financial institution regardless of any amounts previously deposited with such financial institution.
