The purpose of these rules is to allow the authority to allocate funds to financial institutions or lenders to finance the purchase by individuals of manufactured homes that are in compliance with all laws, rules, and standards that are applicable to manufactured homes. The fund is designed exclusively for manufactured homes sited on leased land located in the state of Iowa.
