The Emergency Solutions Grant Program is a federal program of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, designed to assist individuals and families to quickly regain stability in permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis or homelessness. The Iowa finance authority is the recipient and administrator of ESG program funds allocated to the state of Iowa.
