The allocation plan for the public service shelter grant fund program may be reviewed and copied in its entirety on the authority's Web site atwww.iowafinanceauthority.gov. Copies of the allocation plan for the public service shelter grant fund program, the application forms, and all related attachments and exhibits, if any, shall be deposited with the administrative rules coordinator and at the state law library. The plan incorporates by reference 2009 Iowa Acts, Senate File 376, section 28.
