Rule 261-212.4 - Eligible Applicants

(1) Eligible applicants for vision Iowa funds include political subdivisions, public organizations, and school districts in cooperation with a city or county.
(2) Any eligible applicant may apply directly or on behalf of a subrecipient.
(3) Any eligible applicant may apply individually or jointly with another eligible applicant or other eligible applicants.
