Rule 261-110.7 - Eligible Students

To be eligible, a person shall meet the requirements of a student as defined in rule 261-1103. (15,85GA,ch 1132,86GA,SF510), must be within one to two years of graduation, shall have declared a major in a STEM field or enrolled in a STEM-related academic or degree program at a community college, and shall be selected for an internship at an Iowa employer during a designated internship period.
