The authority is directed, pursuantto Iowa Code section 15338., as enacted by 2015 Iowa Acts, chapter 136, section 48, to establish a fund to provide financial assistance to cities for purposes of assisting with the remediation of nuisance properties and abandoned buildings and other structures and to do so in such a manner as to make funds annually available to cities. In order to ensure that funds are continually available, the authority will administer the fund as a revolving fund.
