Rule 223-35.4 - Eligibility

(1) Participation in any historic preservation program is open to any individual, community, organization, or governmental unit which meets the requirements of the specific program as determined by the state historic preservation officer

(2) Recipients of Federal Historic Preservation Fund moneys shall agree when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in part with federal money, to clearly state the percentage of the total cost of the program or project which will be financed with federal money, and the dollar amount of federal funds for the project or program as well as contributions by the society.

(3) All programs supported by Federal Historic Preservation Fund moneys shall be open to the public.
