Rule 21-96.3 - National Criminal History Record Check

(1) Disqualifying offenses.
(2) An applicant and authorized representative shall provide fingerprints to the department. The department shall provide the fingerprints to the department of public safety for submission through the state criminal history repository to the federal bureau of investigation.
(3) The applicant shall pay the actual cost of conducting any national criminal history record check to the department.
(4) The results of a national criminal history check may be valid for three consecutive license years unless a drug-related felony conviction occurs after the issuance of the national criminal history record check results.
