Rule 21-91.5 - Posting of License

The grain dealer license certificate shall be posted at all times in a conspicuous location in the office or place of business of the grain dealer A license certificate shall be posted in each location where grain is purchased or delivered.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 203.7.
