Rule 21-91.13 - Filing of monthly grain statement and reports

A grain statement shall be prepared at the close of business at the end of each calendar month and filed with the bureau by the tenth of the following month. The grain statement shall be on a form or in a format prescribed by the bureau. The bureau shall furnish forms to the dealer upon request. A grain statement shall be filed for each calendar month regardless of whether or not the dealer has conducted any business during that period.

The bureau may require the dealer to file other types of reports, and the dealer shall file with the bureau any such report requested by the bureau within the time period as is specified by the bureau.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 203.2.
