Rule 21-64.90 - Selection of Cattle for Tuberculin Tests

No cattle shall be presented for the tuberculin test which have been injected with tuberculin within 60 days immediately preceding or which have at any time reacted to a tuberculin test.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 165.10, 165.13 and 165.26.
