Rule 21-64.23 - Rabies-exposed animals

Whenever rabies is known to exist in any Cornmunity it shall be the duty of all owners of dogs or other exposed animals to immediately confine such dogs or animals securely to prevent them from spreading the infection should they develop the disease.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 351.39.
