Rule 21-52.5 - Approval for Use of Logo

Members who wish to use the choose Iowa logo on packaging, labels, flyers, promotional materials, or any other materials that will be viewed by the public must submit a proof of text and design to the department for approval. Requests for approval must be submitted to the department not less than five working days prior to the proposed date of use. Written approval from the department for logo use must be issued prior to use of the logo.
