Rule 21-50.4 - Administration and Agreements

(1) The program shall be administered by the secretary or by the secretary's designee.
(2) The department shall maintain all conditions as outlined in the farmers' market nutrition program/senior farmers' market nutrition program state plan submitted to USDA-FNS.
