Rule 21-48.5 - Open Records

All public records of the Cornmittee are available for public inspection during business hours. Requests to obtain records may be made by mail, by telephone or in person to the secretary's office, department of agriculture and land stewardship. Minutes of the Cornmittee meetings may be obtained without charge. Other records requiring more than five copies may be obtained upon payment of the actual cost for copying.
