Rule 21-45.25 - Declaration of Pests

1. Any insect, rodent, nematode, fungus, weed, or

Any form of plant and animal life, virus, or other microorganism, except viruses or other microorganisms on or in living man or other living animals, which exists under circumstances that make it unduly injurious to plants, man, domestic animals, other useful vertebrates, useful invertebrates, or other articles or substances.
