Rule 21-43.38 - Toxic Materials Prohibited

It shall be unlawful for any manufacturer or producer of agricultural liming material or specialty limestone to sell, distribute or offer for sale any agricultural liming material or specialty limestone which contains toxic materials in quantities injurious to plant, animal, human or aquatic life or which causes soil or water contamination. The secretary may require additional laboratory analysis be conducted and results submitted to the department by the manufacturer or producer of agricultural liming material or specialty limestone to determine that the product does not contain an injurious quantity of toxic materials.
