Rule 193F-4.5 - Applying for certification as a certified residential appraiser or certified general appraiser

An associate appraiser may apply for certification as a certified residential real property appraiser by satisfying the requirements of 193F-Chapter 5, or as a certified general real property appraiser by satisfying the requirements of 193F-Chapter 6. The requirements for each type of certification include a state and national criminal history check consistent with Iowa Code section 543D.22; education; experience, which includes work product review; and examination.
