Rule 193E-17.3 - Instructors taking license examinations for auditing purposes

(1) Instructors who take the salesperson or broker examination for auditing purposes must first obtain written consent from the commission.
(2) Any instructor who wishes to retake an examination for auditing purposes may be granted permission after 12 months have passed.
