Rule 17-7.7 - Term of Use of an Acquired or Constructed Facility

A recipient of funds under the Act that uses these funds for the acquisition or construction of a facility housing a program or service shall comply with the requirements of the Act and other applicable federal requirements regarding the term of use of such facility.
