Rule 17-5.1 - Funds to Area Agencies on Aging

(1) The department shall distribute funds to each area agency on aging pursuant to federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
(2) The area agencies on aging shall use funds distributed by the department for the designated purpose and pursuant to federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
