Section 7-1 - Denial of application

Sec. 1.

If the department denies an applicant's request for short term financial assistance, the department shall notify the applicant in writing within seven (7) days of making the determination. The notice shall be provided to the applicant in a manner consistent with the notice provisions established in the Administrative Orders and Procedures Act found at IC 4-21.5.
