Section 4-1 - Voluntary discharge

Sec. 1.
A resident shall be voluntarily discharged from the home when the resident:
(1) has satisfactorily demonstrated a readiness to return to independent living; or
(2) no longer wishes to remain a resident.
Transferred from the Indiana State Department of Health ( 410 IAC 30-4-1 ) to the Veterans' Affairs Commission ( 915 IAC 2-4-1 ) by P.L. 21-2008, SECTION 19, effective July 1, 2008.
